Ichigo would have responded to the other comments if the last one hadn't grabbed his attention. "Oh really now?" he said with a smirk. He took another sip of his drink before continuing. "Most people would call that love at first sight. What does this girl look like if you don't mind me asking?"
There was a note of sincerest honesty in Ichigo's voice. He did want to here about a girl that could capture someone's attention like that. Especially a hard drinking assassin. What would a girl have to be like to do that? He was sure it wasn't some bubble headed bleach blond who slept round for kicks.
It never occurred to the mouse that it was that woman he had met the day he had first arrived. The one who came and left faster than he could blink. She certainly was her type.

Seth had to laugh openly, giving the mouse an honestly amused grin. "More like hatred at first sight, actually.[/b]" he commented with a smaller chuckle, shaking his head slowly. "I insulted her, so she started a fight in which I very firmly kicked her sorry ass. We went our separate ways, fully intending to never see each other again.[/b]" Ahhh, that was a fond memory. He hadn't even known her name, what were the chances of them running into each other again? "....Then we met again, at a bar. And, well, you know how things like that happen, I'm sure.[/b]"
He shifted a little uncomfortably. He was glad for the honesty from Ichigo. Anything but honesty would have likely pissed him off, and he was so enjoying the other man's company. He set his glass down, giving it an irritated expression as he realized it was empty. He slid it across the bar, nodding to the bartender.
"She's a coyote from the Raemblen Bog, actually. Looks all muddy-colored, but she's got a weird shine to her fur. Wears a gas mask, I wouldn't be surprised if you've never seen her.[/b]" and then the glass had been refilled, and Seth felt much better about the world.

Mid-drink the mouse choked as he heard the description of the woman in question. How was that even possible? It was beyond a coincidence. He coughed for a bit before recovering.
The loud angry music was slightly more appreciated as he took a few deep breathes. Trying to regain a small sense of control. "Actually. I met her the first day I made it to the city. It was a very brief meeting where she asked me were to find something before insulting someone and wandering off." It had been a very special experience to say the least. The mouse didn't know what to make of it all.
He still didn't know what to make of it. "It's kind of really weird. I'm pretty sure there aren't any other Bog Dwellers running around the city who look like her. Wow." The mid-ranger shook his head and took drink of his alcohol, this one was much longer than the last.

Seth practically choked on his newly-refilled drink at that. As it was, he was unable to keep himself from spitting some of it out, and in his characteristically overdramatic fasion, he shot Ichigo a look. This look involved ears pressed flat against his head, eyes narrowed and with pupils mere slits, and... Alcohol dribbling down his chin. Damnit. That didn't add to the look, and so he covered his chin with a wing.
"If you're joking with me I will kick your ass SO hard, Strawberry.[/b]" the bat hissed, fur standing on end. Surely, this was a joke. He would beat the mouse up and then they would have a good laugh about it later. He couldn't know her. He didn't want the news that he had slept with her to be so... public. It just took on a whole new meaning to him, knowing that the mouse actually knew of Heilyn. "...You are joking, right?[/b]" the second part was added in a slightly strained voice, more than a small note of desperation easily found in his words. That really did sound like her, though...

"I really hate to break it to you..." Ichigo said as he backed slightly away from the bat. The look he was giving him was one that Ichigo had only heard of in stories. The mouse took a deep breathe before continuing. "I totally not joking. I met her the first day I came to the city. It's not like I know know her or anything. She was pretty content on running off looking for someone who could help her with labor intensive work."
He shifted a bit further from the bat. "I'm not going to tell her anything, you know. It's guys nights out after all. What's said here stays here. Plus I doubt I would ever have the chance of meeting her again." He shrugged and took a long drink. Of all the things Ichigo didn't want to deal with, the number one on the list was being kicked in the head by a bat. He could totally do without a black eye.

Seth was disturbed to be informed that the mouse had, in fact, met his bedpartner. His panic, however, began to subside as the man continued to talk himself out of that hole. Slowly, his posture returned to its usual lax state, and he shook his head, muttering something that sounded rather suspiciously like several unkind terms used to describe a female to himself before taking another sip of his drink. He was going to need several more of these before the night was done, he had the distinct feeling.
"So, tell me.[/b]" Seth remarked, giving Ichigo a toothy (and somewhat embarrassed) grin. "You've met her, so what do you think? I'm crazy, huh? She's almost as mean as I am, and she's a crazy-good fighter. Broke two of my ribs, actually, but I wasn't about to tell her that.[/b]" he laughed into his drink, fishing out an ice cube and crunching on it. He appreciated the contrast between the cold ice and the burning from the drink.

Ichigo refrained from laughing. That would have been a bad idea while drinking, and probably worse considering his current company. He shrugged as he stopped drinking. "People have fallen for stranger, though she seemed like quite a piece of work." He raised his brow at the rib comment. "Well if she's capable of that, I imagine she's capable of doing a lot more."
There was another part of that sentence that he would keep to himself. "Everyone's crazy anyway, you're just a different shade of crazy. At least you got something out of it too, which I wouldn't call bad." The mouse snorted. He took another sip of his drink as the music continued to blare in the background.
It was nice to do something completely different, that was for sure. He would probably never have gone to a place like this by himself. This had been quite a productive day.

((hope this timeskip is ok <3 it just seemed like things were wrapping up between them.))
"Piece of work, heh, that's a damn good way to put it.[/b]" Seth agreed, raising his glass in a mockery of a toast before downing the rest of the alcohol. "No friggen kidding. I'm still aching,[/b]" he grinned at the mouse, showing each of his shimmering fangs. His meaning was made crystal-clear by that statement. If it was boy's night out... Well then. Seth felt he could be as perverted as he wanted, especially with the knowledge that nothing would be repeated.
"You know, Strawberry, you've got a damn good point.[/b]" Seth stared at his now-empty glass, beginning to feel the first hints of a buzz in his extremities. Yeah, the night was getting better with every passing moment. "And it's better to be crazy than boring, as I've always told myself.[/b]"
As the night progressed, Seth found himself feeling further and further away from himself. Whether it was the alcohol or the conversation, by the end of the evening he felt as though he was watching his interactions with Ichigo from another's point of view. He needed to get home and into bed, and he needed to do so soon. He, as promised, paid Ichigo's bill, then hobbled out of the bar, giving the man a cheery (yet crooked) smile and a wave.
He would feel better in the morning. It was a given.
