"That sounds like a good idea," Rogers agreed with a small smile, shifting so that he could rest his head against the swan's stomach and wrap his arms around the pale, trim, feathery waist. Rosewood always kept himself in such good shape, but he supposed that was what came of dancing and stripping and strutting around like the sexy thing he was more nights than not.

And sex. That was pretty good exercise. The abdominal muscles pressing against his cheek were silent testament to that fact.

"Things are already better," he muttered, looking up to meet beautiful pink eyes. Wonderful man. He could stay here for a long time and be quite content, especially after a crappy day and a nap. "And the longer I'm here, the better they get. So... I hope you don't mind if I take the liberty of spending the night again. I could use some more 'better'."

Rosewood smirked as he ran his fingers through the canine's brightly colored fur. "Of course you can stay," he replied. "I don't know how you don't have a bad back from that second hand bed you have. I'm going to get rid of that thing one day, I swear."

And it would probably be on Roger's birthday. What's better than a brand new bed for your birthday. He would have to pull some strings, of course... but that had never been a problem before.

He craned his neck so he could give Roger's a playful peck akin to a kiss for him. "I think, if you let me, I'm going to try and take a nap. Otherwise I hope you have a way to entertain me." The swan was joking of course, he really just wanted a nap. Thankfully Rogers never made it difficult, hug or not, to shift his weight. When the swan was comfortably on the bed with his head on the pillow he was happy, sleep or not.
