Maji was never really schooled in social graces and just did as she please most of the time. The young male's discomfort did not register in the older female's head and it probably would not for some time, if it ever did. She looked up when she heard the child yelling in their general direction. Soon she saw Elyse running back toward the two of them shouting what seemed to be the young man's name. It was a nice name she thought to herself and took note of it.
Maji smiled "I'm well thank you Elyse, how is your brother?" She continued to watch the child and became very interested in what the younger eagle ha d done with the twig. "Oh my..." she gasped, it was so pretty and she was probably almost as delighted as the child was. "What a beautiful glass figurine!" she exclaimed and smiled. Her son could do some thing similar but with leaves...only he never really played with his magical abilities as he got older and found other interests. Banders for example...and music, he was also starting to notice girls a little bit.

When the Mommy Maji asked about her brother she gave a roll of her eyes before she replied, “He is being the same old, same old. He has been giving Papa a lot of trouble recently. I feel sorry for Papa sometimes. . .” She trailed off as Eilwyn opened his hands to reveal the small glass mouse.
“Oooooh!” She squealed in delight, clapping her hands. “Wyn it is LOVELY!” Taking the figure gently into her hands she turned it this way and that admiring the work. It appeared to be a Highland mouse, the 9 on the mouse’s chest showed the rank as well as the ‘S’ for the suit of the Spades. “Thank you Wyn! Thank you, thank you, thank you.”
She loved the small piece of work that he had created for her. “She is perfect! What should I name her?” After a few moments of consideration she finally came up with a name, “How about Mary?”

"I-I'm glad you like it," Eilwyn said with a smile. He wasn't quite sure how to respond in a situation like this. Yes, he got plenty of compliments from his family and all. Never strangers beyond an initial surprise and compliment. No one had really ever named something before.
It really did make him happy. He just didn't know how to express his happiness. He could do it if he were at home, just not here. The woman still made him very uncomfortable. Elyse did lighten the mood. She did know this woman...Maji, and didn't seem to mind.
"Mary is a perfect name," the eagle said as he put his hands on his lap. He really wasn't sure where Elyse was at the moment. The Maji person was hovering. That was so unnerving. "If you ever want something else, I could make it for you. As long as you give me a good description I can do pretty well."

“Thank you,” She cooed over it again. As she sat down besides Eilwyn on the grass she touched his right hand without thinking, mostly to let him know where she was. “She really is beautiful, Wyn.”
She felt kind of bad that he could not see the beautiful creation he had just created, even if he had seen it in his mind. She wondered how lonely he got sometimes. She would surely hate it if she could not see her family or her plants, or anything else for that matter. If there was ever anything she could do to help him she was going to do it, she thought.
Turning her attention towards the female she asked, “Wot brings you hear this morning Mommy Maji?” It was not that her avian friend could not be here, it was just not very often that she saw her out without her son in tow.

Nothing had really brought her here except her wanderings. "Nothing really, I just happened to wander this and I heard your voice and decided to stop and see what you were up to thats all." She smiled and continued to ramble.
"Today I really had nothing better to do than to take a walk since Aeron is bothering his father and has taken the banders with him." Her face kind of lost its happy glow as she thought of Ashwin...it had been a long time since she had seen him. Ever since she had appeared at his doorstep the night Aeron and...that thing were born, things had been different between them and part of her no longer felt comfortable around him. Inspite of the discomfort she missed him and now really regretted that she had not gone with him.
She looked down at the other eagle and suddenly realised that he was looking strange.
"Are you okay, Wyn?" she said the nick name with a bit of a questioning manner hoping that it was okay to address him that way.

"I-I'm fine," Eilwyn said quietly as he looked down at his hands. Well, not like he could see them. Maybe he should just get up and leave. Yes, leaving would be a good idea. He would probably meet Elyse again. She seemed nice enough.
"I think I should be going, I-I need to see if my brother finished cleaning the apartment and I really need to check on Fern." He nodded to himself as he slowly got up. Now he just had to manage to get his barrings back before he made a fool of himself. Being blind was terribly difficult and he would never really get used to it. "I-I hope we meet again Elyse, and it was nice meeting you Miss Maji."
With another nod of his head he began to walk in the direction he had come from. Hopefully he wouldn't trip over anyone else on his way home.

“Aw. Alright Wyn. Maybe I can see you again sometime soon? I usually come to the park a lot so hopefully we shall run into each other . . . well not physically I hope.” she added realizing what she said what a soft giggle. “Have a safe trip home, okay?”
Watching as the eagle left heading home she turned her attention back to Majida. “Do you want to go on a walk with me?” She asked the avian curiously. She had talked and been around the female many times but they had never really been around each other outside of her Papa’s shop.
She gave the gift Wyn had given her one more look before she placed it gently into her bag, making sure that it would not get injured in any way. It was one of her first gifts from people outside of her family so she was going to take good care of it. She really did hope she could see the eagle again.
