Naf: I'll have to get back to that, sorry. Too dead.
Vyn asks: How well known is the Cannibal marking? Would there be a general knowledge about what that symbol meant? Or would only certain individuals with scholarly interests know what it meant?
A: The cannibal marking is not currently known as anything beyond a VERY VERY few knowing it as an odd mark that some of the old Queen of Hearts's children had... The others have so far been discrete enough that no one has looked into it.

Question: What would it taste like if you licked Lowland Rot? Lets say.. rot that is decently kept clean but is really expansive?
Also... what 'types' of rot are there?
I've always assumed they're like a wound that just never heals. It drips pus and such now and again and a healthy amount of lymph fluids and perhaps blood, but not really to the point of a staph infection or gangrene. I generally assume they don't smell like rotting flesh, especially since I believe there was reference that Lowlanders smell more like old bandaids?

Ew. Nako. Yuck.
Nafa, if you look at the map, the two Realms closest to the Courts are the ones who tend to ally best with that Court, but the Courts do not directly control Realms themselves. Do they have influence? Yes, especially if one of their own is on the throne at the time, control? No. <3
Nako: Eff you for making me think about this.
1. I suppose it would taste like licking and old scab, raw oozing cut, or a soggy band-aid. I have only experienced one of these, so it's speculation at best.
2. Less "types" of rot, and more "stages". Some, like Piers, simply have a more advanced, fast-moving and horrific form of the "virus". Others, like Osias, have it contained to one or two areas and it tends to simply fester there and have small issues now and then, but mainly lie dormant and slightly smelly. Others, like Rhodney Rabbit, have magic applied to either clean the area, or reinforce it so that the rot stops growing. These spells are far and few between and expensive as all get-out.
3. Lowlanders can smell anything from, a bit off and meaty, to OHMYGODWHY??!?!?!?

I hate to say it, but now Lowlanders remind me of my run in with MRSA. *shudders* And because of this, though I had no qualms with the realms myself....my characters now dislike the realm soooo much more. XD

From experience I'd say the taste of Infection is far worse then a wound or a bandaid. Just saying XD
And you definitly don't want to be around an OHMYGODWHY during the summer XD :: fluffs Brokat:: Sooooooo much worse. Buwahahaha
I've also been curious, and it looks like he may end up using it eventually, but what happens to Maraisa when Mo uses his Queen's ability and is, technically, inside another's mind?

Nako. Gross. Good question, but bleargh.
Now that Nafa brought up the Courts, and this has probably been asked before (I think I've actually asked this...) but.... each of the Courts has something akin to a Mayorship or council or something, right? I'm sure the control and efficacy of any laws depend on the realm (Corvie: YEAAAHH, legalized testing of ANYONE!), but I imagine that's what all the paperwork is about? The Courts have to collaborate/debate with the local governing order to pass laws and whatnot?
