"'eth," answered Sid as Levi responded at the same time, "No."
The two glared somewhat at each other before Sid tried to mumble out some explanation. Sadly it was rendered entirely incomprehensible by the bag in his mouth and compounded by his pre-existing speech impediment. Levi sniffed and tossed his head lightly.
"It doesn't matter if we've explored some of them, that doesn't mean we've found all of them."
Sid began to talk again, though the sounds were still nearly impossibly to understand. Levi tossed his head yet again, sending some melted glass splattering along.
"So wot? That's not wot he asked."
Sid sent Levi a baleful glare and Levi's ears flipped backwards before he pulled a face at his brother. Things didn't move beyond that, however, since they finally arrived at the guest suite. Levi carefully got the door open, managing to leave only a bit of burning glass scarring the portal.

That was a somewhat interesting interaction between the two, they didn't appear to agree entirely on the number of secret passages... Although, part of it seemed to be a differing opinion on how much information to reveal. Either way it didn't especially bother him... Even if it meant that his bag got a little chewed on during the discussion.
"I always used to be fascinated with secret tunnels and caves when I was younger, there are even a couple places to hide in my home.. err... lab like that."
He blew out a small fire that had started from the molten glass, then entered the room. It was definitely... fancy. He had probably never stayed in a place as well decorated or furnished as this, and to be honest it was kind of intimidating. He was almost afraid to touch some of the stuff for fear of getting it dirty. (or bloody) He was able to get over that fact somewhat though, as he made his way to whatever constituted as a wash room.
"You can just set that down over there," he said with a wave to Sid. "Uh... Thanks for carrying it." he added as an afterthought. The objects of his frustration/anger were no longer present so he was acting a bit more... pleasant than he might otherwise have decided to be, but it definitely didn't mean he was happy right now.

Sid finally put down the bag, working his mouth for a long moment so that he could speak 'normally' again. "We really did ethplore lotth of the tunnelth," he told the doctor seriously. "Maybe it wathn't all" he sent Levi a challenging look. "But we did thee a lot of them!"
Levi tossed his head, sending another few drips splattering. "He asked if we knew all of them and we don't."
"But we know thome." Sid glared at his brother before trotting off to go plop down on one of the chaise lounges. He crossed his cloven hooves rather daintily at the ankle. "I bet he wanted to know that too. You don't have to be tho literal, Levi."
Levi crossed his eyes at his brother before pointedly turning his attention back to the doctor. "Do you have a lot of secret tunnels in your lab?"

Machaon wasn't entirely listening in on the conversation, as he was busy removing blood from himself. He was still having a hard time getting over how fancy this place was, he hardly wanted to use the washing area for fear of getting it dirty... Luckily his need of being clean counteracted this hesitance.
"I only have one secret tunnel in my lab... It's ah, not a terribly big place. Plenty of secret compartments though." He said casually as he scrubbed blood from his front and arms. He had thought of adding more things to his lab, but since it was just the size of his basement there really wasn't a reason to. Not to mention it was expensive to do things like that.
His mind drifted back to what he was going to do after this though, his main temptation was to leave and never return to the capital. It was definitely odd that he had met the queen before he had that raise in rank... But he couldn't approve of the company he held, and still didn't entirely trust that he had been brought here by some random chance. Who would keep a goon around that randomly abducts past acquaintances?

"We thould get thecret compartmentth!" Sid put in excitedly. "That would be really cool!"
"I don't know," Levi responded with a concerned face. "I think we already have some."
Sid sent his brother withering look. "You have no imagination, Levi."
"Well, we do"
Sid sighed and rolled his eyes before trotting over to watch the doctor's clean-up curiously. He licked his muzzle thoughtfully, not entirely aware of the action. "What do you keep in your thecret compartmentth?" he asked curiously. "Thapleth?"
"I bet scapels!
"Thitcheth?"
"Doesn't that come in a different form first?" Levi asked, head swinging back to look curiously towards his older brother. Sid shrugged, obviously unaware of the answer and probably not really caring either. Levi followed his brother so he could come and stare at the Corvie's procedure to clean himself up. "Did it hurt when Uncle Ira caught your tube?"

Machaon was becoming increasingly... amused by the two. Primarily because he rarely had to speak to them for a conversation to last a considerable amount of time. Although, there were a couple of times he wasn't entirely sure what lispy was saying.
Momentarily he wondered if he should actually tell them what was in the compartment, but then shrugged and decided to give them an abridged version of the possible contents. "No, not scalpels or stitches, I keep things in them that I probably shouldn't have, or don't want people to know about." he said in regards to the secret compartments. He didn't really want to go into more detail than that about it. When asked about the tube he shuddered a little, then nodded.
"It hurts a lot... Kind of like getting stabbed, only in reverse." His voice was rather calm, and since they both seemed so interested in what he was doing... He moved the bandages a little to let them see the somewhat torn skin around the edges of the tube, he didn't keep it uncovered for long though and quickly tightened it to avoid renewing the bleeding.
Now that he was pretty much clean it no longer looked like he had murdered someone... but instead that he had been roughed up a little bit... Atleast that was somewhat of an improvement. "Do you think Shinrai would be... Upset if I were just to leave?" his voice suggested that the answer 'no' would be most preferable.

"Wot kind of thingth?" Sid, of course, wanted to know. Nothing seemed to set their imaginations alight such as things they really should know about or be a part of. Equally of interest, however, was anything that focused around pain. The fanged child nearly danced in excitement at the Corvie's answer. "Reverthe thab wound?"
"That's cool sounding!" Levi explained. The idea of pain didn't really seem to bother either boy very much, but perhaps that was just because it hadn't happened to them. Perhaps. Their heritage also suggested that they very well might have high pain thresholds.
Levi tilted his head at the question and seriously considered the question. Sid, however, just jumped in, "Of courth he'd be upthet."
Levi had to nod in reluctant agreement; he at least, caught that Machaon wouldn't want that answer. "He talks about you every once in awhile," the younger boy explained. "He always said he didn't thank you properly."
"Auntith Irtha remembered!" Sid announced happily. "Tho he found you!"

Machaon chose not to elaborate further upon the contents of those compartments, he didn't especially want people to know he had the stuff... hence why they were keep secret. He was very glad then, when it switched over to the topic of pain/wounds. He was alittle disturbed at the kids reactions, but not too much... many young people thought that violence and injury were amusing things (so long as it happened to someone else).
He winced mentally, and physically at Sid's immediate response to his query from Sid. He still wasn't sure if he'd stay for any length of time... although, now he definitely did not want to return to the bazaar for awhile, even if he really needed to get those prescriptions filled. Ugh, he hated tough decisions like this, he felt a bit obligated not to disappoint his queen, but after what had happened he felt like it'd be a very justifiable action.
It was odd to hear that Rai had continued to talk about him, all he did clean up some nasty bite marks, and make sure the stallion didn't die. It's not like he had to reattach limbs or any of that more difficult business. "That's... interesting." he mumbled something about how Ira could have 'asked' him to come rather than kidnapping him, but he doubted saying that to these two would have any real effect.
"I guess I wouldn't want to disappoint Shinrai... And I don't especially want people to see me right after getting dragged off like that." he sort of mumbled the last part, but then sighed loudly as he looked around. "Why don't one of you run off and tell him that I'll stay if he wants me to?"

The whole 'not letting him die' thing had evidently made a very strong impression upon the stallion, no matter what Machaon thought about it. The two boys perked up a great deal when the man announced that and they both jumped up though Levi got out, "I'll go!" first.
Sid made a sound of disappointment, sticking out his tongue carefully between his two fangs. The glass-antlered horse bolted swiftly through the door, however, leaving Sid to play the host for their guest.
He sighed and inspected the Corvisetownian pine marten again with interest. "You really do look cool," he said happily before going to sprawl himself across a nearby chair. "What do doctorth do?" he asked curiously. None of their doctors looked like Machaon and the child assumed that meant that the man was a different kind of doctor from the ones he'd seen around the Court of Hearts.
