Well it would seem Aderlass had a nice little family going, then. Two sons and a daughter? Though, judging by his tone and the current knowledge that he didn't really know where either son was, An could assume Elyse was far closer to his heart.
Then mention of the Heart Court was a bit daunting, though the knowledge that he was both in contact with Whip's family and often found in the Capital as well was greatly relieving. Perhaps Shinrai would be able to give him a push in the right direction...
"The Heart Court, yeah? Never been there..." He ran his fingers smoothly through his fur, thinking quietly. "I'd probably do better looking for him in the Capital, I've got a good deal more connections there and a highly chance of finding someone who can point me toward him." Ah the perks of having a large circle of friends...and associating with whores.
"Shinrai, though... Do you think a brief counsel with him could point me in the right direction?"

He was not really surprised that the canine had never been to the Heart Court. He, himself, could not really say he had been there many times, and those few only to seek out Whip and Elias for needed meetings.
He scratched his chin while puzzling out the best options for his friend. There was no need for his fire-friend to do any more work then necessary.
"I would think that your best bet would to set up a meeting with either Queen Shinrai or Whip." He used both names on purpose. "While I have not doubt that Iggy could be found through your connections, our friend could easily point you directly to where he is and save you valuable time."
Chatting with his friend about the situation a little more till An had all the information he would need. Seeing that he business end of the evening was done, he turned a flirtatious grin on his friend.
"So where are these drinks you mentioned? This evening calls for some sort of celebration."

Anatolius listened quietly but attentively to his friend, drinking in everything sad and nodding along accordingly. He was thankful for the mouse's help, far more than he could find the words to express, though his tail's continued thumping and his cheerful smile probably said it all. If he had one vice -- aside from his nymphomania, of course -- it would have to be that he was a little too transparent with his emotions. It was this, however, which usually drew people to him in the first place.
"I'd have to agree with you there, it'd be far more convenient to go through Queen Shinrai..." the canine couldn't help but grin as he went on, "or Whip for that matter. Thank you, Ader... You've been a great help to me this evening, and you're right; I owe you those mixed drinks."
With a warm chuckle and a flirtatious wink, Tolius slid to his feet and moved over to the bar to begin sorting through what alcohol his friend had. Plenty to mix drinks with, luckily. "You want something hard, or light?" He tilted to look over his shoulder, grinning widely. He was already getting a good taste for Aderlass's tastes but it was always best to ask.

~Later. . . . xD; ~
The Queen of Hearts accepted the letter from the messenger absently and only glanced over at the Club when he realized the terrier was watching him expectantly and with a hint of trepidation. His brows furrowed, pulling dangerously over the bone encircled eye and the canine's tail tucked between his legs.
"Wot?" the stallion snapped at the taller creature. Sometimes human form didn't seem that formidable. It had the desired effect here, however, as the dog retreated a step.
"Oh, uhm. . . I. . . I'm to wait for a . . . uhm, reply."
Rai narrowed his eyes at the Club and it was apparent the other man wanted to retreat further. The stallion snorted under his breath. If he was frightened of a little bone, Elias was going to completely trip him out.
Since it was apparent he wouldn't be getting rid of the canine without a reply, Rai ripped open the letter and skimmed the contents. He gave a half laugh at the informality and then sighed and mentally recapped his schedule.
He finally shook his head and directed a cold flare at the messenger. "Tell him tomorrow at two'o'clock at the jewelry store. If he doesn't know where that is then he's got a lot to learn."
Rai turned his back on the canine then, dismissing the Club with that action, already moving on to the next item of business.

~ Tomorrow...at 2pm to be precise. XD ~
Anatolius was pleased at the swiftness of the reply, though the disquieted state of the Terrier was a bit surprising. What exactly had Shinrai done to him? Anatolius had not thought the man frightening at all... But, of course, he knew Shinrai more as Whip than The Queen of Hearts, so that probably explained that.
The jewelry store, luckily, was a place that Anatolius recognized and he was able to make his way back to that location rather easily.
Anatolius was not a particularly punctual person, but he at least attempted to keep his appointments pretty close to their marks. He managed, nevertheless, to arrive a few minutes early. Even then, he didn't immediately pick anyone familiar out of the crowd. Ah well, he had nothing at all again waiting. Stretching absently, he peered into the window at the jewelry shop and set to window shopping while he waited.

He'd been hanging around Aderlass' jewelry shop for about two hours. Not that he didn't have better things to do, but because he just felt like it. Picking on Asher had long since grown thin (for the fox) and now the stallion was hiding behind counters and popping out at customers. He'd managed to surprise one lady, though no one else seemed overly shocked by the lean, teal horse. Around two he noticed a red canine looking in the windows. He was fairly certain this was who he needed. With a flick of his tail he darted out the backdoor and began to creep around the building. Watching his quarry for a few minutes, Ira used all oh his training and practice as a colt to meld in with the crowds until he drew near to the canine. Without warning, Ira pounced the Morganberry.

Tail wagging happily from side to side, Anatolius peered at the variety of jewels on display and indulged himself in a few fantasies of buying some. Not particularly for himself, but for Acher or perhaps Viv. Both liked gifts and Viv had a decided weakness for beautiful things.
His thoughts, however, were soon interrupted. Not by a careful clearing of the throat or a tap on the shoulder, or any other method of greeting that he'd been anticipating...but by a flying ball of teal that knocked him to the ground so hard that he was instantly breathless. With a sharp gasp and a yelp of surprise, Anatolius was instantly struggling to regain his own control and escape whatever it was that had pounced him.
This was definitely not Shinrai!
Anatolius didn't have to think twice. "Get off!" Roaring in frustration, the canine's coat abruptly burst into the lovely display of firepower that had so quickly inspired Aderlass's interest in him.

Surprised by suddenly being engulfed in flames, Ira lashed out with a swift nip of his own even as he leapt back off of the canine. He managed to get uncomfortable hot and he was fairly certain his tongue was burned.
For a few minutes he sat and made faces, working his tongue this way and that, trying to alleviate some of the crispy sensation. He couldn't know what sort of image he presented, sitting back on his haunches and his tongue coming in and out of his mouth as he made strange faces to help stop the pain, but even if he had he likely would have continued anyway. Of course, it wasn't exactly making the burning stop, but eventually that faded into a sort of numbness-- as though he had scorched off half of his tastebuds-- and then he kept sticking his tongue and staring at it. Occasionally he would wiggle it around and tilt his head from one side to the next.

The canine yelped in surprise, not at all expecting the nip he got in return for his little fire display. The area bitten smarted a little bit, but more than anything else he couldn't help but puzzle over why someone would bite someone on fire anyway. Most people weren't that desperate to get the 'last laugh' so to speak.
Slowly Anatolius sat up, sliding back a few paces to sit with his back against the wall of the jewelry store. His wings were cramped but he could ignore that for now, he had more important things to worry about.
"Hey! What's your problem!" Growling in frustration, the canine's fur shone eerily with fire that didn't quite blaze higher than his fur but glistened through his fur like half-seen embers. "I didn't do anything to you to deserve that!!!"
It took a moment for Toli to stop seeing red and...well, to see who exactly he was yelling at. His face contorted slightly, jaw dropping briefly. Was this the odd little colt that had drug Vana around? ...What was his name again? "Ira?!"

Ira crossed his eyes wagging his tongue back and forth for a moment before talking around his tongue. "Hulloth, Antoliuth." He might have sounded a bit sullen, but it probably sounded a bit like that since he could enunciate but wasn't actually that good at speaking around it.
He leveled a flat stare at the canine, finally pulling the now numb part back into his mouth. "You burnt my tongue." It wasn't accusatory, despite his look, it was almost said in an amused manner.
"Mommy dearest says hi." Just like that, Ira seemed to forget the whole instance, boucning up and beginning to walk down the street. Evidently, he was going for a stroll and if Tolius wanted to come he'd better keep up. The stallion kept talking whether or not the canine was level with him. "Sadly, he had a terribly dreadful meeting he had to attend rather than come down here. You know how the Courts can be."
