Leaving Anouska's suite, Anatolius had immediately headed off to meet up with Aderlass. The Queen, however, had apparently been in a meeting and -- after a small bout of messenger tag -- they'd arranged to meet up in his suite for dinner. This, of course, wasn't at all a bad thing. Anatolius enjoyed spending time with Aderlass and a less formal occasion would definitely make this easier on the both of them. Toli preferred to keep things as casual and friendly as possible. Upon reaching The Queen's suit, Anatolius smoothed down his fur and lifted a paw to knock soundly on the door. Despite the fact that this was still technically part of his quest, Tolius found himself far more at ease than mere hours before when he'd been knocking on Anouska's door. Business or not, this was a friend. It was bound to go well, right? Well, he hoped it would. The true agrivation, he assumed, would be talking to the boy himself.

Having shifted out of his human form after returning to his suite, he was currently lying on his couch dozing while he awaited the arrival of his guest. It had been a long day of meetings and yet more paperwork and he wanted to be well rested for the evening. When there was a soft knock on his door, he gave a smile as he quickly got up to answer it. "Come in, come in" He ushered the canine inside, shutting the door behind him, then motioned toward the chairs that occupied his living area. When he had been contacted during the meeting that Tolius wanting to see him, he could only assume that it was due to the canine having good news on passing his Jack Quest. Excited to celebrate with the male he had invited him over for dinner and a few drinks after.

Anatolius broke into a wide grin upon seeing Aderlass, pleased to meet up with The Queen once again. He was always a pleasure to be around. Especially when it came to sharing drinks with him.
Tail swings to and fro, Anatolius stepped quietly into the room and made his way to the chairs that he'd been directed to. Well this was quite a change from Anoushka's spartan room, wasn't it? Flopping lightly into the chair, he stretched slightly and lifted his bright orange orbs to peer at the mouse before him.
Tilting his head to the side, he smiled up at the handsome mouse. "Hectic day, hmm?" He chuckled a little thumped his tail affectionately. "I hope your evening's been a bit easier on you?"
There was no easy way, that Anatolius could see, to immediately approach Aderlass on the situation of his son. The boy hadn't come up once in random conversation, and there was probably a good reason for that. Toli would just have to sit back and wait until the proper time displayed itself or, if all else failed, create a good time himself.

Taking his own seat he gave the canine another smile.
"A bit of a hectic day, yes, though not much more then the usual and thankfully the evening has been uneventful." Heaving a sigh he laced his fingers together over his chest and stretched before he allowed his body to relax against the couch.
"I have had them bring supper up here, so they should be here shortly. Until then why do you not tell me why you are hear to see me?" He could not wait to hear that Tolius had passed his test and was now one of the Court's Jacks.
And then he noticed that the canine still wore the rank of 10 on his chest. Taken aback for a moment he pondered the significance. Did he pass but for some reason want him to change the rank for him? Or did he manage to fail? Tolius did not really seem like he was upset so that did not seem like a logical answer . . . but then were was the "J"?
More then a little confused on the whole matter, The Queen waited with baited breath to see what was going on.

Anatolius noted the confusion immediately. Oops. Well this would be an interestng situation to defuse, wouldn't it? Here he'd hoped to have a pleasant dinner before mentioning what he was really here for.
Not that he intended to mooch, just that asking favors and the like went better after a little socializing and friendliness. Ah well. He was really going to have to get better at being direct, wasn't he?
"Thanks for offering me supper, I haven't gotten a chance to eat yet." The canine laughed a little, shaking his head at his own distraction. "As for why I'm here, well..." The canine's posture spoke entirely of ease, but a bit of seriousness touched his expression at last. "Anoushka has a task for me before I'm officially considered a titled Jack and she says I'll need your help with it."
The canine's tail slowed its cheerful swinging down to a dull thump, his head cocking adorably to the side.
"Maybe we could discuss it over dinner, yeah?"

The mouse tilted his head to the side in continued confusion and then in pondering of what he had just been told. Well that was a good explanation was it not. He wondered if he canine had picked mental or physical but decided not to ask.
"Well that is a relief." He said an easy smile breaking up his previous worry. "Sure, sure. I would be glad to do anything that I can to help." He said with a nod.
Hearing another knock on the door, he got up to answer it, wondering all the while what it was that he could do that would help his friend out. After all he did want the canine to succeed, so if he could do anything to help he would.
Letting in the servants, he let them go about setting up the food before dismissing them with a smile and nod.
"Well, my friend, it appears that our food is here. How about we eat and whenever you feel like asking me for wotever it is that you need, feel free to bring it up." No reason to keep tension, it is bad for digestion.

Aderlass had no clue how true that statement was. His willingness, if only for the time being, made things so much easier on Anatolius than the canine was willing to admit even to himself.
"Thank you, Aderlass."
When the knock came, Anatolius settled back into his seat and allowed his tail to swing happily once more as he watched the servants go about setting the table and bringing in the food.
"Alright, that sounds good." It wasn't until Anatolius saw the meal set before him that he truly realized how hungry he was. How long ago had it been since he'd eaten? His growling stomach protested that it was surely longer than usual and he blushed happily as he turned his attention back up to his friend. "Don't let me forget to mix you a few drinks tonight for this wonderful dinner, Ader."
With his typical canine enthusiasm and bottomless hunger, Anatolius set immediately to taking the edge off his hunger. Between bites he filled the time with casual chit chat until he was satisfied with the fullness of his belly and the ease of his tablemate.
Shifting in his seat and pressing his plate back a bit, the canine leaned absently against the table. "As for what I need, yeah? My quest for Anoushka is to find your son and convince him to come to the Courts...but I need your help locating him."

"That sounds like a wonderful idea." was the agreement to the mixed drinks. Tolius really did a wonderful job when considering the mouse's taste in alcohol.
Chuckling at the enthusiasm displayed by the canine as he took his seat and began to eat, the mouse took his own he started on the plate that was set before him.
When they had finished the meal, The Queen now reclining in his chair, he raised an eyebrow at the canine's question. He had not quite expected that as something that would be useful to the canine. And which son was the canine referring to? While Anoushka knew about Ignatius, there was still Hadyn who was running around doing who knew what somewhere. Still determined the help, however, he gave a small shrug before replying.
"Well I guess that would depend on which one you are needing information on. If you are meaning my son Hadyn, then I can not say that I know where he is. As soon as he was able he took off and I have not seen hide nor hair of him since. Last I knew of him he was still running around with the wrong sort of trouble." He gave a short pause while struggling with an internal debate. He trusted the canine not to judge him right? And if for some reason this was what he needed, well it seemed that only good could come out of the whole situation.
"If you are talking about Ignatius, however . . . Why would Anoushka want either one of them to come to the Court?" He asked the last part more to himself then to his table-mate.

Anatolius paused briefly, as if surprised by the news. Two sons? Well, he hadn't expected that at all. It also made his job a bit harder, because he hadn't been told which of the two sons. Ah well, hopefully only one would fit the description he'd been given by Anoushka.
"Ah, I wasn't aware you had two, though I suppose that makes plenty of sense." The canine chuckled a little, rubbing the back of his neck in an adorably bashful manner. Honestly, he should have thought about something like that earlier on... Though, Anoushka had made it seem as if this son was of a sort of singularity. "She said he was a King of Clubs, and that his presence in the Court in would be useful... Erm, part Corvi and part Bull, if I remember correctly."
Absently his tail thumped against the couch, his hands settling back to the table as he cocked his head a little to the side. Oi, if Anoushka had him on a wild goose chase then he'd feel nice and silly, now wouldn't he?

"Well two sons and a daughter, anyway. Elyse works as a healer in the Capital." his pride for his daughter was obvious in his tone. He really should pay her a visit soon.
He chuckled and took pity on his friend when the canine bashfully rubbed his neck.
"A King of Clubs is it? The it is, than Ignatius that you will be wanting to find. He can be found in the Heart Court, more often then not, but I know he can be found in the Capital every now and then. I am not sure if I can help you much past that."
He paused for a moment trying to see if there was anything else he could tell his friend about his son. While he had not spent much time with his son he was in constant contact with Whip and El about how his son was doing.
"His tutor is Elias and he often hangs out with Shinrai's son Se and Ira." He was pretty confident that the canine would remember the Heart Queen, having met him before meeting himself.
