Isolde was busting at the seams and she almost couldn't contain herself. It pleased her when Tavor liked the things she made for him. She knew in her heart that he would always say he liked it.. he didn't seem the type to hurt her but still it made her feel good when she was acknowledged.
She watched happily as he ate his cookie, not really caring for the moment about the other kids in the room. "What kind? Well the one you are eating is Corvistowne Chocolate Chip but we also made Avington oatmeal-raisin and Selkie Lemon Bars. The other ones are still cooling on the rack if you want to try when they cool down. I'm glad you liked it though... I was worried" she admitted. She giggled a bit at the leftover crumbs in his whiskers but that was just typical of cute Tavor.

Ophelia kept a sharp eye on Mo as he moved about, making sure that he didn't startle the already shy and rather nervous mix more than he already have. Poor boy... It was almost hard to see what appeared to be another Seki growing up under her roof. At very least this one was eating, as was proof by how he nibbled eagerly upon his cookie.
Kaden, meanwhile, paid little attention to Mo's antics or to the shy little boy in general. If he was too distracted to answer then so be it, Mo was far more entertaining in the end. So as Mo returned, nipping at him on his way by, Kaden swiveled his long neck out of the way before nipping at Mo's tail and hurrying over to find a place at the table so that he too could get closer to the cookies. Yum!
The boy happily snagged himself another cookie, nibbling on it carefully though he still made quite the little mess. Oops. Talons and a beak could only do so much with things like cookies, really.
Quicksand, meanwhile, had finally grown bored with the entire situation and had curled up curtly to nap under Kaden's chair.

When her heard the soft sound of a snapping beak at his tail Mo couldn't help but swish it about teasingly for a moment before he joined the group at the table and began to inspect the cookie by first poking at it with a white claw and then sniffing it curiously. It smelt good and he was a little hungry ... He nibbled at the cookie in a rather dainty manner, trying to get the least amount of crumbs stuck on his whiskers as was possible. Ooooh ... it was tasty!
Tavor was so very glad the strange lowlander didn't pay any more attention to him what so ever .... the whole ... in your face attitude some cards had really threw him for a loop. He perked up at Isolde's response .... Avington Oatmeal-Raisin? Those were his favorite!
You know I do!
He curled his tail up into it's happy shape before giving a weary side glance at the other two boys .... where had they come from and why were they here? Of course he'd probably never know .... he wasn't about to ask.

After munching on a couple of cookies, Kaden caught sight of the clock and let out a little squeak. Crap, mum would be getting home soon and he was supposed to be back already! Abruptly he hopped out of the chair, chomping down the rest of his cookie as he waved hurriedly to the others.
"Er, I'm gonna be late. Sorry everyone, thank you for the cookies, but mum will roast me if I don't get back! It was nice meeting all of ya~" He nudged Quicksand with his foot, causing the little bander to growl irritably before getting up and trundling after his owner. Ignoring the grumbling that continued to come from the bander, Kaden took off without another word and vanished out the door.
Ophelia blinked as Kaden randomly up and left, bolting before she could barely murmur out a 'goodbye'. Oi, did everyone have to be in such a rush all the time? Shaking her head, Ophelia returned her attention to the remaining children. At least everyone was getting along and enjoying their cookies.
