So much to do! Isolde wasn't sure there were enough hours in the day for all the chores she had to do but somehow she still felt ambitious. She walked through Capital City, distracted by the list that was in her hand. She had just gone to pick up her clothes so that was done at least. Check. Next she needed to go see her family and let them know about her moving out. It was going to be difficult without Tavor by her side, she hadn't seen him in a long time enough to fill him in on the goings on. She really missed him, he always knew how to make her smile when she was sad and so far only one other person had that effect on her. It broke her heart that she didn't have much time these days to see him, finding a place to live and then a job to sustain herself took up much of her time. Luckily her old friends from the bake shoppe agreed to give her a full-time position. She sighed at the thought of her brother and continued on with her to- do list. Maybe she had time to take a break now and grab a drink. After all, she had been going at this list since the early morning.

He had a few errands to run in the Capitol today, nothing to stressful, nothing too important thus he's promised a certain little puppy he could tag along and, with him, Brokat wanted to go as well. He was perfectly fine with this, Kat was a sensible little hybrid and most definitely would help him keep tabs on his rather excitable, easily amused and easily distracted brother. There was only one thing wrong with that .... Kat had taken upon himself to try and keep both of his siblings out of trouble ... and did so without really making an announcement. So, when he was busy chatting with someone over a few items he needed for the garden, Casanova spotted something that was just too interesting to pass up and skittered off. Brokat's ears pricked forward and he turned his head toward his brother or, at least, where the autumn shaded body should have been, before catching a glimpse of his fire hued tail disappearing into the crowd. He looked up at his momma for a minute, but he was busy so .... he got onto his paws and chased after his brother. Whatever had interested the puppy a few moments ago just ... wasn't there anymore and he came to a halt, oh well.... he'd just go back over to Brokat and momma and he wouldn't even get into trouble! That was until a big, brown fur ball collided with his rear end, knocking them both off balance, and sent the both of them tumbling into a primarily white, fluffy form.

Isolde was thinking about that drink she was going to get; a little liquid courage never hurt anyone once in awhile but she really wasn't watching where she was going. She should though because before she knew it two -oddly familiar- children came tumbling into her.
"OOF! What the hell do you-" she stopped herself when she realized they were just kids and changed her tone to something a bit nicer.
"What are you two doing running around without any parents?Don't you know it's dangerous for kids to run around here, you could get hurt you know" she queried.
God, the coloring of them really seemed familiar to her. "Do i know you guys? Who is your parents? I'm sure they're worried about you. I can help you go find them if you want" she asked curiously. She almost hoped what she thought wasn't true.

Brokat did, indeed, bear a bit of resemblance to their mother ... it was muted a bit by the avian features of his face ... but the resemblance was certainly there, especially in the shape of and way the boys eyes were set. He was also horribly shy and, realizing that this was entirely his fault, his cheeks flushed and he was quite thankful for the brown fur that hid it ... oh suits look at what he'd done!
S-sorry miss!
He dropped his round little rat ears and gave her the most apologetic look he could muster while he stayed on his belly on the ground, placing his head between his big puppy paws.
Casanova on the other hand had already rolled to his feet and had shaken himself off, wasn't the first time he's taken a tumble and it certainly wouldn't be the last either. His ears twitched at the cursing, and then the sudden switch of tone once she realized they were just kids. It was then that his flame colored tail started to sway back and forth happily.
But we're not alone! Momma's right over there!
And the fire winged puppy turned his head to look in the direction that the pair of them had come from before looking back at the girl.

When the brown furred one looked at her like that it sparked a sense of famiiliarity, she started to figure out who he reminded her of but she shrugged it off as being nonsense. He wouldn't do something like that without mentioning it...would he?
She was relieved to hear their mother was nearby so she did the responsible thing, she decided to bring them to their parent before they got into trouble.
"Your mom is? Well let's bring you back before they worry, alright? I know I wouldn't be too happy if my kids just disappeared from me" she explained. She also wanted to make sure her fears didn't have any warrant.
"Show me the way" she said as she brushed herself off and proceeded to walk in the direction the little fire winged puppy had gestured. The worst that could happen was that Isolde would return someone their kids... right?

Oh thank the suits! he thought as she mentioned taking them back over to their mother. That would make everything better and they could finally just .... go home and be done with the city and strangers and just ... get back to normality! His tail wiggled a little, hitting the inside of his hind legs legs, and he turned heading back over to where the rat mix was at a somewhat quick pace. He just ... really wanted to go home. He definitely wasn't a city boy ...
Casanova on the other hand ... wasn't as pleased by the prospect of being ushered back to his mother ... that just meant that he'd be getting into trouble! He flopped his ears down and gave the girl his best pleading puppy expression ... but his brother was already turning tail and leading the way, drats. He sighed softly and followed, his ears drooped and his tail not quite as alive as it normally was. Oh how he wished his brother wasn't such a good boy.

Isolde laughed as she followed the boys. She and Tavor used to be like that except Tavor was the good boy and Isolde was the handful. She smiled at the sudden and felt like she really need to get in contact with her brother, it had been way too long. She felt bad for the puppy, though if his mother was fair then he wouldn't get in trouble she was sure.
She followed the boys over and as she was about to greet their mother she gasped. If she had been drinking something she probably would have spit it out all over him.
"Y-you're their mother?" she asked trying to hold back the emotion.
"I... I-just... I don't even know what to say" for the first time, she was struck totally speechless, she didn't even know hot to tackle the subject.
Why had he done this and not said anything? Why hadn't he kept in contact with her? So many questions spun around in her mind, she didn't understand. All she knew was that he had kept it hidden and now she had to sit down. And she did sit down... on the filthy ground. Her legs just couldn't hold her at that moment.

It was pretty quiet at his feet, too quiet really ... and so he decided to look down and check on his boys only to not see them, either of them. A bit of panic rushed through his system and he turned to try and look for them when a very familiar voice caught his ears. His ears twitched and he looked down and found himself looking directly at .... Isolde! Oh suits ... he hadn't had a chance to tell her about the kids yet, had he? But ... at least they were back and safe and ... suits, this wasn't entirely good, was it?
Y-yes .... I am .... they have a sister too ...
He flashed her his best smile, trying to get her to give him one in return. This wasn't exactly the best way to find out that she had more little relatives running about but ... they'd both been busy and traveling and all sorts of things ... it wasn't really either of their faults that they'd lost contact, well ... not alone. It was a fault on both their parts.
I'm so very sorry I never got to tell you!
The boys simply sat at Tavor's feet and looked between the two adults ... so they knew each other? Brokat huddled himself up against one of Tavor's legs and Nova simply stared at Isolde with his head cocked to the side in inquisitively, who was she?

Isolde was blown away and kind of sad. Tavor was her brother and he didn't think he could tell her? AND these boys had a sister too... Suits... She and Tavor had to have a chat about this at some point but she didn't really want to talk in front of the kids, they probably wouldn't understand anyway.
She sighed a little and then got down to kids level now sporting a smile. "Kids, I'm your Aunt Isolde. You know my name so what's yours?"
It was nice that she had nephews and even a niece somewhere but she wasn't taking the surprise very well at all. She didn't even want to think about the fact that it meant Tavor had to have sex with somebody. No no, that was a subject best not touched. She was just lucky she hadn't exploded because right now she felt like she could.

Tavor bit his tongue in an effort not to sigh ... he could tell she wasn't happy, and that it was his fault, but there was nothing he could really do about it. The tip of his tail twitched idly as he went into thought and simply let the three get to know each other a little bit.
Brokat had made his way behind his mother and was watching the girl with perked ears after finding a bit of confidence in his 'hiding' spot. She was.... wait... their aunt? He peered up at Tavor and his entire expression was consumed by the question that was about to slip out of his little beak-muzzle.
Momma ... is that true?
Nova, also terribly curious, peered up at his parental unit as well, as if silently asking the same question. That was until the rat-eagle nodded and his tail came to life again. So this was another member of their family then. He turned toward the girl once again and hopped forward, trying to lick her face.
