Horror wasn't the right word for what she was feeling. She watched as he carved the letter into her hand as she couldn't feel anything. Peaches couldn't honestly find the strength to say anything to the man as her body was still being lethargic.

Add him to the list, huh? Like that was going to happen unless she slept with another psychopath. It wasn't until the spell completely wore off did she actually do anything.

She hissed at the pain that was in her hands now. And all the pain that was now catching up with her. That son of a bitch. Peaches stumbled to get all of her clothing, struggling to put it back on. Even if he was in the room it didn't matter. She had to go to a Corvie right now to see if she had managed to screw anything important up.

And then she had to go back to the court, maybe have a nice chat with Seth and Heilyn. Avoid her daughter for sure. Corive first though. She didn't finish putting on her clothing until he disappeared from sight, and she waited for a few minutes before departing.

There had to be some sort of clinic in the area right? Someone had to be awake and able to freaking fix her.
