Something for both of them? she thought to herself as she pondered over their options for dessert. Of course it had to be something they could easily share, since that was the point of it. Continuing to look over the options she decided that she was in the mood for something semi sweet.
"They have ice cream," she offered up. It was something that she was almost always in the mood for and would prove sweet enough to satisfy any cravings while not being too sweet. "We could try their new flavor, or they have the simple ones." She was not really sure if he even liked ice cream regardless of what flavor he would prefer. It never really had come up in conversation before.
Learn something new everyday. If he was not really an ice cream kind of person there were other options that would do just as well.

Ice cream was more than good enough for Eilwyn. Who could hate ice cream? It was one of the first desserts he had tried when he had left the Lowlands so many years ago. He had never forgotten how good ice cream tasted.
"I think we should try their new flavor... it looks really interesting." To say the least. Eilwyn wasn't fond of very many flavors. Trying new things was sometimes just terribly painful. His family had tried over and over again, and only succeeded in very few cases. Trying new flavors of ice cream was certainly one of them.
It wasn't long before the were ready to order, and it wasn't long before the ice cream for two came out. It was a rather large dish with over extended spoons, covered in whip cream, chocolate syrup and numerous other things. It was quite the dish for the two to share, and made Eilwyn wonder if this was going to be another meal entirely.
(( OOC: Shall we do a little time skip and have them have a little moonlight stroll ))

"That sounds like a plan" She replied with a nod.
When the dessert did finally arrive she was quite glad that they had decided to share it. She was sincerely doubting that there was any way that either of them could have finished one off by themselves. It looked delicious though, and she did her part on making sure that it was consumed.
As they were walking away from the restaurant she slipped one of her paws into his, blushing a little as she did the action. "Thank you again, for taking me to supper, Wyn. I really enjoyed it." It had been a wonderful evening indeed.
A sudden thought came to her and smiling up at him she offered it up. "In a few days there is this kind of flower that only opens up once or twice in a month. The next time it is suppose to bloom in a few days, how about we go for a moonlight stroll to see it?"
It would be wonderfully romantic!

Eilwyn chirped happily when they were walking hand in hand down the street. He couldn't help but be cheerful about such a thing. Being with Elyse made him terribly happy, and she had a good time too! "I was more than happy to have dinner out with you."
He grinned to himself as they continued to walk. Her mention of the moonlight flower perked him up considerably. That would be romantic wouldn't it? Didn't Ez talk about those sorts of things all the time... and Elyse did love plants.
"That would be fantastic! I'd love to see it and go for a moonlight stroll with you." He said happily, a chirp escaping his beak shortly after. This relationship thing was actually quite fun. He just hoped it would always stay this fun. He figured it would--after all it was Elyse. They had been friends, and that would never change.

She gave a happy chirp of sorts when he agreed to go with her. "It is suppose to happen later this week. And this time! This time I will come and get you, okay? I promise not to be late!" She gave a nod of her head to accentuate her words.
She would definitely try her hardest not to be late. Surely it could not be that hard of a task to accomplish.
The walk back to her small apartment went by much to quickly. She was not sure if she ever wanted the evening to end. Again she found herself oddly wishing that it was not the case that they would have to part ways in the evening. What would it be like to be able to cuddle together over a nice book late into the evening before bed instead of doing it by oneself?
Thanking him again she gave him a kiss on the cheek and a firm hug before wishing him a wonderful night.

Eilwyn blushed after the hug and the kiss. Watching Elyse made his heart fall just a bit. He had to wonder what it would be like to spend an entire day and night with her.... but really he shouldn't think about those things, should he? Shuffling his feat for a moment he headed back to his shared apartment.
---
The eagle waited at his apartment, tracing his finger over one of his latest creations. It looked identical to Elyse, and he was highly tempted to put it on the shelf with all the other figures of his family. Of course, none of the figures were perfect.... which made him upset inside, and Elyse's would never be as charming as her in real life but they were the closet thing he had when he was lonely.
And now he was just getting nervous. After all he was waiting for that moonlight stroll. He set the figure down on the shelf before wandering over to his sofa. Grabbing the book that was left on the coffee table he skimmed through some of the pages. It was a rather difficult book but he tried his hardest to get all of it.

As the final people who were still on the street made their way home, Elyse scampered quickly toward the direction of Wyn's apartment that he shared with his brother.
She was about on time for once! Well . . . now was the time that she should be arriving at the door so she was not that far off on time.
She was really excited about tonight. Not only would she be able to see a rare flower but she would get to spend more time with Wyn. Though she often tried to see him at least every other day, what with work sometimes it did not seem she got to see him so often.
Reaching the last little pathway to the apartment she made her way up to the door. For a moment she was tempted to knock on the door and make Wyn open it, but having been made to feel more at home at his apartment she allowed herself in instead.
"I have arrived," She called out as she entered.

Eilwyn almost dropped his book. Instead he set it back on the coffee table and stood up to greet Elyse. He had almost forgotten that she had a key. "Elyse! I'm happy to see you!" Even if it had been only a few days, it seemed like it was forever.
The eagle smiled. "We should get going right? The flower isn't going to wait for us I imagine." From what he gathered this rare flower only bloomed every so often for a short period of time. And it was also extremely pretty. What a wonderful night.
After a bit of tidying up he was ready to go. "Shall we be going?" He said cheerfully. Maybe he would try cooking for her tonight when they were finished. Of course he wasn't a fantastic cook, but he was better than his Dad at most things. If worse came to worst he could just make a dessert item, he never screwed those up.

She repressed a small giggle when she noticed that she had almost caused him to drop his book. While it was known that it did not take much to spook the poor eagle, the fact that she could make him so easily flustered made her a tad happy.
"It has been a while." She agreed, hopping lightly on her hind feet as she patiently waited for him to finish getting ready. When he was finally ready to go, she gave him an one arm hug before looping her arm over his.
"To the park!" She pointed with her other paw. She waited for him to lock up behind them before taking possession of his arm again. Her Wyn. "So, wot have you been up to?" She asked, curious to see what she had missed while they had been separated these last few days.

He chirped as they headed to the park hand in had. Plenty of onlookers were probably gushing because of the cute the pair of them created. It would probably rot a normal person's teeth.
"Just working on various figures. Someone wanted to order some custom ones from Mori's flower shop. It's a really complicated order so it's going to take a while." However he was getting quite a bit out of it. That would be the money he would use to pay for a few of the gifts he had in mind for Elyse. Of course Ez was going to be helping him out with that one.
"What have you been doing this week?" he said with a hum as they continued to walk down the street. It was pretty late wasn't it? The sun had already set and the street lamps were already brightly glowing. Hopefully they would get to see a good view of the moon in the park.
