Elyse moved to sit on the couch, shifting one leg up onto the couch so that she was facing Ez as he sat down besides her.
At his question she was confused for a moment. "Well I consider him someone really special and really enjoy spending a majority of my time with him" She offered up as an explanation.
Even with that said it felt like she was missing something important in his questions. Had she decided to get serious with Wyn? She was always more then serious about Wyn, especially in her feelings . . . What then did he mean when he asked . . . Oh!
Blushing she managed to stumble out a reply. "I-I do not really think it is quiet like . . . th-that . . . at least, not yet . . . We each have our own rooms . . ." She could not really believe that he would ask such a question . . . then again it was Ez, so she probably should not really be all that amazed.

Ez giggled before patting the feline mouse on the shoulder. "I was joking, you know. I would never expect you and Eilwyn to move that fast, even if he is head over heals for you." The older bird waved a hand. He was slightly jealous of being head over heals, but he got over it quickly. One day he would find someone.
The sparrow crossed his legs and smiled at the hybrid. "I have to say I'm glad that he's moved in with you. Zane's been all sorts of stressed and Fern wasn't helping the situation either. At least now everyone is going to be happy."
He wanted to gossip, but he wasn't quite sure what to gossip about. However he could think of something to do before they all had to meet up. "How about we go out for a bit shopping, and then meet up with Zane and Wyn at the cafe rather than waiting here until we head out?"

She could not help but blush when Ez continued to talk about the fact that her and Wyn had yet to do the deed. They had only been living with each other for a short period of time, and had not really been dating all that long before hand.
Which made her wonder if there was something wrong with the fact that they had not done so yet. Was there a certain stage at which couples were suppose to do it? Not to mention, how was one suppose to initiate such an action.
She blushed deeper as her thoughts on the subject increased. When Ez decided to change the subject she was more then thrilled. Later she would have to question him on the topic, later being a time that was not yet determined.
"I am more then glad to be of service" She gave him a happy smile. "And that sounds like a wonderful idea." Walking around sounded like a much better idea then just sitting here. It was always a great enjoyment to go shopping with Ez, he always found the cutest items.

Ez smiled. "Off we go then!" he said with a cheerful chirp. The sparrow stood up and headed for the doorway, it wasn't a long walk to their ultimate destination, nor the side trip. The sparrow had something in mind other than clothing. Of course he would have to slowly lead into that wouldn't he?
The clothing shop they walked into had all sorts of things. From embarrassingly revealing underwear to modest clothing for animal forms. He however, had something in mind. "You know when you get your biped form I plan on getting you something special." He said with a smirk.
Of course that something special would be underwear that was about to consistency of floss. She didn't need to know that just yet. The day it happened she'd get a prettily wrapped gift. However Ez was focused on a rather fetching little coat. "Oh, that would look cute on you. You should try it on!" He said as he pulled out the coat. It was a dark blue coat with fake white fur trim.

Elyse followed him. The shop she ended up being led to seemed innocent enough . . . well more maybe not. Some of the items that caught her eye made her blush before she adverted her eyes. It was not so much that she was objective to any of the items but rather the thought of them was just one to cause her slight embarrassment.
She shifted her hind feet a little when Ez got that glint in his eye. She was half afraid to ask what it was that he had in mind, but figured that it was probably a better idea if she did not know. From Ez's personality she was pretty sure she would know down which line of interests it would fall.
At his cry for attention at something that had caught his eye she turned to see what it was that he now held.
"That is very pretty" She chirped as she took it from him. Running her paw down the fur trim, enjoying the way it felt. Trying it on she then posed for his inspection. "How does it look?"

The sparrow grinned. "You look fantastic, I do love how it brings out the color of your eyes. You really should wear blue every so often." Ez said as he looked through the various coats and other things on the rack. Nothing really seemed to suit him, or fit Elyse.
A small sigh escaped his beak until he turned around. Something very bright and pink was hanging on the wall. Of course, it wasn't as stunning as his corset... and definitely wouldn't cover as much as it would.
"Sometimes I wish I was a girl so I could wear things like that," he said as he pointed at the two strips of fabric attempting to be underwear. "Think you'll ever wear something like that for my little brother?" He was only half joking. He always hoped that Eilwyn would be able to form a relationship with someone... and he had never dreamed that someone would be so sweet and perfect for him.

She ran her paw down the coat one last time before putting it back on the rack. The color blue, huh? Blue really was a pretty color, Wyn's eyes are blue. She had never really thought about which colors she would look good in or not, though, just wearing the small pieces of clothing that caught her fancy just because of that.
Her eyes widened as they landed on the pink fabric - for that was all it could honestly be considered - that Ez was now pointing too. Blushing furiously she stuttered, "I - I do not know. Do you think he would like to see me in something like that?" Having no reason to consider such clothing before now she was pretty oblivious in what one should wear in such circumstances.
She was tempted to try it on, especially if it would make Wyn happy, but was hesitant from nerves.

"Oh he would like it, and he wouldn't know what to do." Ez snickered without restraint. At least Elyse was able to speak when she was flustered, Eilwyn would have been at a complete and utter loss. That was generally why the sparrow never went shopping with him. The poor boy probably would have passed out from so much blood rushing to his face.
"Of course you might want to save that for at least the ninth date. You don't want to seem too eager." He said shaking a finger. Of course, he was the type of person to wear the scandalous clothing on the first date.... which was just a one night stand. One day he would have a relationship that lasted longer than a night or a few days. However, that was a long way off, all things considered.
"I wonder how you would look in a corset. I think that'll have to wait for your biped form though. You're terribly slight as you are." He smiled.

She gave a nod. She really would not want to come across as too eager. She definitely wanted it to happen one day but looking eager and being eager were too different things. Making a mental note she decided she would have to try something like it later at a later date. The idea of a blushing and speechless Wyn made her grin a little.
Eying his own corset she then glanced down at her own figure. "Do you think I will look good in one?" She had always considered her figure to be a little plain, fit but not really curvy as some of the other women her age.
"Is there anything here that you think would work to attract his attention without causing him to feint?" She glanced around her.
Maybe she could buy something that would lead his attention to them being more intimate without being completely obvious? Then again she was not quite sure if that would end up being something she would have to smack him in the face with, take charge on, or if perhaps he would initiate it.

"That light blue one on the wall, with the lace on the front with the white lace. That would look stunning on you." Ez almost clapped his hands and squeed. The idea of making someone pretty just made him squee. However he stuffed that aside for one moment. He had to think about her second question.
"You'd be looking for something cute then... probably something made of glass." The sparrow pointed to a jewelery case. "This isn't the place to buy jewelry--and I'm sure your father would agree--but there is something on that rack that would catch his attention." He had been in this little shop enough that he knew their general selection. The clerks even knew him by name.
When he ushered Elyse to the case he tapped on it with a claw. There was a small pendent made of cloudy glass that shimmered with color. "That little thing would catch his attention right away, and it would accent your eyes."
