Thalia squashed the urge to vomit. She had never seen that level of carnage. Eir had been...very, very busy. They needed to get him home and then get him...help. Or a very padded room with no attendants. Help. Sedatives. A vegetarian diet.
"You don't want to...don't try to look, Tosiek."
But Eir was headed towards them now, which meant that he was heeding her call or they were next on the menu. He didn't look like he was about to eat them. Maybe. She tugged Tosiek back.
"Eir's here. Let's go." She started moving, glancing back to make sure her brother wasn't a pounce away from ripping out their vital organs. She wanted him to follow them, at least, so they could do something about him. Ask Queen Rai to do something.
Mostly she was just done with Corvistowne. Maybe she would come back some day in a non-experiment capacity.
But that day was not soon.
