Surprise registered on Xiven's face as she found herself kissed by the other woman. It was hardly expected. She found herself blinking as the other woman spoke. Her face bright red under her fur.
Herm well. That certainly did help her decide. Wordlessly Xiven leaned forward to give the other woman a long kiss. When she pulled away she made a satisfied sound. "Yes, now the question is... would you like to accompany me to my bedroom right now? Or am I being too forward?"
She tilted her head curiously to one side and awaited the canine's response. A smile on her face the entire time. This was an unexpected turn of events but... well she liked it. Maybe something more could come out of this relationship?
What was that nagging feeling in the back of her head? She promptly ignored it. Whatever it was, it could wait.

Expecting a verbal reply, Calanthe was certainly caught off guard when Xiven kissed her, longer and deeper this time. The sensation that ran down her spine was unlike anything she'd ever felt before. When the Queen pulled away, the canine could only sigh contently. She was quite content indeed.
Cal should have expected what came out of Xiven's mouth next, but since this was all new to her, it threw her a bit off guard. However, she felt more ready now than ever for what Xiven had to offer her in her bedroom. "You're the first person to be forward like this with me. And honestly...I really like it." She gave the Queen another light kiss on the lips, and as she pulled away, she whispered "I'm ready."

New. That was the only way to describe how she felt at the moment. The hormones were still rushing through her body, and the electric aftereffects lingered for a few more moments before slowly ebbing away. Looking above her, she saw the woman who had made her feel this incredible, and she couldn't help but grin. Gently pulling Xiven to her face, she kissed her again, much deeper this time, so the Queen of Hearts could see just how wonderful she really was.

A wicked smile couldn't help but cross Xiven's face. Maybe she should have been more modest?

Satisfaction could have been a word used. Xiven purred when Calanthe reached up to kiss her. Her tail swished as she finally pulled away to lay down next to the canine.
The purr continued as she curled up around the woman, taking a deep breath of her fur. Cal smelt so lovely. Sweat mixed with the smell of flowers. It was a wonderful combination. "Did you have fun?" she asked as she snuggled against the woman's side. Soft. It had been entirely too long since she had had sex with another woman.
Of course part of her was rather shocked to find out that she had taken the woman's virginity. Hopefully she had done a good enough job that she wasn't disappointed. Xiven's tail continued to swish as she waited for the other woman to respond.

Xiven's purring led Calanthe to make a happy growl deep in her throat. It felt quite glorious to have someone lying next to her, snuggling her all the while. Hearing the question, she turned over to face the feline face-to-face. "That was the most fun I've ever had. I never knew I could feel that good. Thank you for everything." she finished with a light lick to Xiven's face.
Cal then curled up against the warm body next to her, her tail thumping slightly against her legs. She began to use her nose to nuzzle the black and purple fur on Xiven's chest. It felt so smooth and the smell it gave off was intoxicating. Closing her eyes, she wished she could stay this way forever.
Moving her head so she could look into Xiven's eyes, she spoke again. "You really were wonderful, Xiven. I hope you had just as much fun as I did."

Xiven chuckled. "I had a blast, that's for sure." She said as she continued to cuddle up against the canine. From a complicated day to a fairly good one. And she had locked the door to prevent anyone from walking in on this cute and cuddly moment.
It was a good day after all. A happy sigh escaped her as she felt the woman against her. She had half a mind to go for a second round, but figured that would be a little to much considering the circumstances. Not to mention that would ruin the lovely afterglow.
"So, you won't mind sticking around for a few days would you? I know you have a lot of work to do when you get back to the Gardens, but... I would like if you stuck around for a little bit if it's not too much of an inconvenience." A small happy sigh escaped her. Even if Cal said no, she still made the heart felt offer.

Would she stay for a few more days? It was almost like asking a child if they wanted candy. "Xiven, it would be my pleasure to stay here with you. Wouldn't be an inconvenience at all." She put her nose up against the feline's, as if confirming what she just said. Work could wait for when she returned home. For now, she would just live in the moment and not burden her thoughts with worries.
Absentmindedly, she began to pet Xiven's tail. It was just so soft and incredibly bushy, that it was practically begging for the attention. Then she worked her way up Xiven's back, stopping to trace her paw down the golden stripe of fur amongst all the black. Moving up, she finally reached her head, and cradling the it as well as she could in her paws, she kissed Xiven again. Warm lips and wandering tongues translated into such pleasure for Cal, it was almost like becoming addicted to a drug.
Pulling away again, she sighed happily. "What shall we do now, Your Majesty?"

Xiven grinned. Well that was good. It would be nice to have her company around for a bit. She was such a sweet woman after all. It would be nice to have someone modest around. And she seemed to like the idea of kissing and touching quite a bit. That made the feline blush.
At the question the woman tilted her head. "Well, we're doing quite a bit of cuddling, which is fine by me. But I suppose we could take a shower and then have a nice meal before I have to go back to paperwork."
It was still sitting on her desk and mocking her. There was no escaping it even if she wanted to spend quality time with the people she cared about. The woman wrapped her arms around the canine. "Thank you, so much, for coming Cal. I didn't think you would."
It was true. She never expected the woman to actually come back to the courts. They were a scary place more often than not, and she hardly thought the previous visit would be enough for the Yarrow's return.

Mmmm. Cuddling. There's was certainly nothing wrong with that. Cal wouldn't have minded staying just as they were for a bit longer, but she also didn't want to keep Xiven from her work. It would just come back to bite her in the butt later, she was sure.
"I for one am happy to stay this way, but if you have work to attend to, I'd hate to keep you from getting behind. I could keep you company while you attack the pile of paperwork sitting on your desk. Would certainly make the time go by faster." Work always went by like a breeze when done with another person around. And it would give them a chance to talk more.
When Xiven wrapped her arms around Cal, the canine couldn't help but blush. "How could I stay away? You've been nothing but amazing towards me, and I had to show you my gratitude toward your hospitality." She licked the feline's face once more, and then resumed her nuzzling. "Do we have to move? I'm becoming quite fond of staying just like this," she said as she sighed into Xiven's fur.

Company while doing paperwork? It seemed a little odd. Normally when someone was in the room she would find every possible way to distract herself from all the papers on her desk. "You don't have to keep me company. It would be boring for you."
The next comment made her chuckle. That was sweet. Really. "Unfortunately we do have to get moving soon. Otherwise someone might actually come to bother us. I may have locked the door, but that won't stop a particular person from pestering us."
Her mother could be persistent when she wanted to. And it was always hard to guess when the woman would show up to put a kink in her plans. Of course it kept the Queen on her toes and prevented her from slacking, which was a good thing.
The feline stretched briefly, giving the yarrow a brief kiss before rolling out of bed.

At first, Cal was a tad upset that Xiven didn't want her around. But, when she herself worked on her floral arrangements, she always worked alone. So, it made sense that the Queen wanted her privacy.
"I understand. Working with someone else in the room would be distracting. At the mention of a "particular person", she could only think of Peaches. She hadn't known the woman for long, but it seemed like something the Jack of Hearts would do. "And as much as I like your mom, I would not like her to walk in on us right now." Cal shuddered slightly at the thought.
The canine rolled out of bed after Xiven. She felt a little weird and sore now that she was on all fours again. It had to be the after effects of her first sexual experience, since Cal knew she'd never felt quite like this before. But this wouldn't stop her from continuing on with the day. "I can just take a walk around the Palace or stay here and relax while you tackle your paperwork." She smiled at the feline as she walked towards the bathroom. If she was going to leave the room, she might as well freshen up first.
