Sabe shrugged, he guessed that he had it coming to him after all, he couldn't help that his reflexes had smashed apart his hand and all, though it was worth the try. So his two leverets and maybe two more. He shrugged and thought this whole thing over and looked over to Davy. There was no more danger here and he wasn't going to stick around if he had to. He gave the Jack one last look and smiled.
"The best wishes for your travels." he said as he turned to leave out the door that everyone was about crowded in. "I'll be leaving then, things here seemed to sort themselves out and I need to get back to my own court." he said and then looked to Davy, "I'll contact your mother when I get there and get you a carriage if you wish to come, I couldn't let anything happen to you or your mum would have me stringed up by my innards." and he believed that with all his heart. He would rather face off with Mecha than Zub.

Ez squeaked. Apparently he said the wrong thing. "Sorry, sorry. My mistake. I don't know how things work right now. This is all new to me." He said hastily backing up a bit. "If I haven't offended you too badly I would still like to go, and Wulfram needs to go with you."
He glanced at Sabe. Wasn't that one of the titled Club Queens talking about rabbits? Oh suits this was just too much.
He rubbed his temples. They just needed to figure out what was going on and get things settled. He tried to keep his feathers down as he eyed Gigi. "You behave yourself while I'm gone, please," he said quietly to the sulking giraffe.
She nodded. Hopefully she meant it.
Suits hopefully Ceren was all right with Yarrast at the court of Diamonds. "Uh... Argo... do you know if the cabinet behind you still works?"

((this is for my own peace of mind to wrap things up here lol. I don;t expect anyone to respond.))
Mirriam looked up at the kind Buck as he told her to leave the room, but she shook her head, wings still spread out to protect Argo. She couldn't leave. She didn't want to, not now. She glanced aside at Gigi, knowing the Giraffe also wouldn't want to leave Argo. She glared back out at the others, and even though most of them seemed to ignore her, they at least seemed disinclined to attack the poor man anymore.
She stood there, wings outstretched, until she felt a hand on her shoulder, and she half turned to see Argo, now in a different form entirely. She made a small, sad sound. "They were hurting -you-!" she objected, brown eyes wide and sad. But she let her wings fall, wincing a bit, and let herself fall back with the nudge. What was he now, anyway? He had such large, ears, and there were two others that he called her attention to with the same...
Mirriam's eyes widened and she gasped in delight. "I knew Rabbits were real!" she whispered, looking excited. She eyed the two Leverets in wonder, and then turned to grin at Gigi when the Giraffe looked at her. She was more than fine! "Good luck Argo!" she called as the creature grabbed Ez, the white Crow, and the Rabbits, and vanished with a puff of smoke.
She turned to Gigi and Morgan and smiled at them. "Let's go back to the Court," she said, and led them back towards the cabinet.

Shelby froze like a deer in the headlights when Argo not only turned back into the Jack, but drew everyone's attention right towards him and Maeve. So much for sneaking out. He sent the man a plaintive look, trembling at the looks all the Cards were giving him. It was odd to hear the way Argo was so possessive of him and Maeve...unsettling, but in a way it made sense. They had, after all, chosen to follow him.
"I'm f-f-fine," he managed to stutter out as Argo clapped him soundly on the shoulder, small wings fluttering nervously. He felt like laughing at how ridiculous such a statement was. No one could truly be 'fine' after what had happened. Everything else was kind of a blur as Shelby was amazed the Cards weren't shrieking or attacking him or...or something.
The next thing he knew, he was being snatched up in the strong arms of the mad Jack, who was delightedly exclaiming they were about to go on a trip. Oh...boy...
