He gave a nod of his head to Minh as she got up to put the blood she had taken from him on ice. She better take very good care of it too.

After she had left the room he turned to face the canine. “I will help you get your items too and fro as well as retrieve any payments it is that you might require from them. I do want you to be aware of, however, that in the future – I could not tell you how far or near at this moment in time – I will have to stop working for you. I have big plans laying out now that I am in the Capital but knowing that your work is of a . . . gentle sort I will betray that information onto anyone. I do not want any threats coming towards me later.”

Over all the job sounded almost perfect. He could never say he would agree with the work that she actually did, from his past there was no way he could approve. However, he would not stand in the way of her work either. It was not for him to judge the methods in which one did their work.

She thought she might needs to have words with Minh later, considering what exactly she had gotten herself into, but she dismissed the thought in a hurry. She wasn't the woman's mother. She wasn't anyone's mother. If Minh wanted to go about trading sex for blood, well, that was entirely her own business. Minh was not in the habit of taking advice anyway.

She focused her attention on what her new business partner was saying, instead. The fact that Aderlass's employment was to be temporary was a bit of a disappointment, but so long as he didn't go blabbing anything to anyone, this was more or less acceptable. Competence was a rare commodity, but it was not impossible to find. There were others. And Mnem did like to do the negotiating herself, when she had the time.

"We have an accord, then," she said pleasantly.

[Kasatsu]

“Alright, it would seem that we do” He replied. After having finished up the coffee that was before him he continued.

“I suppose that I should go. The day is quickly fading and I still need to get back to my apartment. I will come by tomorrow, sometime around noon if that is okay.” He was not quite sure when she wanted him to start but he figure the sooner it was the better.

Getting up he was careful to keep an eye on the mutant that seemed to be eyeing him like a prime steak.

“It was great to have met you both, and I am even more grateful for the opportunity this chance meeting has provided. I hope to see you both in the future.”

With those parting words he made his way careful to the door, letting himself out, and shut it behind him.
