He wanted to burst into tears, but he managed to choke them back. Femi meant everything to him. And plenty of people would have called him crazy for living in Tulgey. He smiled at Femi, he could feel the tears in his eyes.
"My first doll will be just for you," Kazifel said with a smile. "I promise." It wasn't going to be very good, but if she wanted it he wasn't going to protest. He wasn't going to cry either. He could manage to hold back the tears.
"Thank you Femi," he muttered as kissed her hand. Without her he would still be a broken doll. At the very least he was now just a broken man man with a family, a Queen, and a home all his own. Maybe he could live with being broken. Maybe he just needed to accept the fact that he would never be able to get over a few things and then just move on.
At the very least, he would never be alone again.
