"Oh you're such as sweetheart," Peaches said with a smirk. "I think I'll be a good girl and start with something clean... Bloody Shame for a little while before I try something harder. Probably something with a kick, but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it." She winked.
She was going to get this girl good and smashed if all went well. Peaches hoped she'd stay sober for most of the night, if not all. She didn't want to have a fling without being "awake" for it. It was more fun when you weren't drunk. And alcohol sometimes didn't mix all the well with her.
Peaches waved the scantily clad barmaid over, motioning to Cal. Once everything was taken care of the woman leaned forward, putting her head on the table so she was looking up at the canine. "Soooo... you said you haven't had something to drink in a while. Not the party girl?"

After making their drink order, Cal turned to Peaches to answer her question.
"Well, I do have a drink every now and again, but usually it's in the comforts of my own home when I'm by myself. I haven't been out to a bar like this one in quite some time, and I'm sure if I hadn't met you, it would have been even longer before I would have had the chance to come. Today just happened to be a day that wasn't busy and hectic for me, so you certainly picked a good day to be here in the Gardens. If we hadn't crossed paths, well...I don't want to think about it. You're the best thing that's happened to me in quite some time," she said with a grin.
It was then that the barmaid came over with their drinks. She lifted hers up to propose a toast. "This ones to you, m'dear. Thanks to you, I can finally have some fun again!"
And with that, Cal tipped her head back and downed three-quarters of her frozen margarita in one swallow, nearly giving herself a brain freeze.

Peaches couldn't help but giggle. This was a cute one.
"A toast it is then!" Peaches said cheerfully as he downed her Bloody shame, completely. Setting the empty glass down she gave the other woman a smile. "And then we'll have a second toast. Since I would have been miserably lost without your help today."
Peaches purred as she waved the barmaid over again, ordering another set of drinks. These were to be put on her tab. Along with any others that happened to show up the rest of the night. When the waitress returned, rather quickly, Peaches gave another toast.
The feline, however, was quickly growing restless. "You must be quite busy with your work all the time. I am happy I caught you... though I am curious to know if you'd be willing to do some flower arrangements for my daughter, perhaps? Might cheer things up around the palace."

Cal shook her head to clear it as the next set of drinks arrived to the table. Both of them downed these as well. This was going to get interesting extremely fast.
"You must be quite busy with your work all the time. I am happy I caught you... though I am curious to know if you'd be willing to do some flower arrangements for my daughter, perhaps? Might cheer things up around the palace."
This question caught her a bit off guard, even though it shouldn't have, seeing as she was a florist. Maybe the alcohol was getting to her head. Being asked to do some floral arrangements was nothing out of the ordinary. So why not do something for Peaches and her daughter?
"I'd be delighted to do this for your daughter. Is this a job you'd like me to do here in the Gardens, or should I come with you to the palace? It may be nice to meet your daughter in person, so I can *hic* get an idea as to what kind of flower arrangement she'd enjoy the most."

Peaches gave the woman a wicked grin. This was going so many places so fast she could feel her entire body tingle with excitement. She waved over the waitress, "Can I have a Nova Pink Dragon?"
The woman hurried off to fetch the alcoholic punch in the face as Peaches turned to the canine. "I think it would be best for you to come to the palace. At the very least you could get to see the amazing rose gardens that we have, and I imagine if you met my daughter you would get a better understanding of what flowers she would appreciate. She is a special girl with special tastes. I can barely get her favorite tea right, let alone what type of flowers she likes..."
Peaches watched Cal for a reaction. He drink was delivered as she kept her eyes fixed on the yarrow, shifting her gaze she picked up her new highly alcoholic drink and took a light sip. She would go between the Bloody Shame and Nova so she wouldn't get drunk too quickly.

Cal took a quick glance at the drink menu before calling back the bar maid right after Peaches had sent her away. Can I have a Blue Lightning please? Thank you." she said with a polite smile.
After the maid began to walk away, Cal turned back to Peaches. She listened as Peaches went on about her daughter. Going to the palace to meet her daughter sounded like a lovely adventure. It'd be nice to shake the dust of the Gardens off her paws and see some new lands. Especially if it was with Peaches.
"I'd love to join you on your way back to the palace. It'd be a nice change for me, I think. And after all you've said about your daughter, well, now I just have to meet her to see what all the fuss is about. By the way, what is your daughter's name? I may have asked you before but, I tend to forget these things. Could be the alcohol too. Speaking of which..." she trailed off as her bright blue drink arrived at the table.

"Her name is Xiven," Peaches said with a devious smirk. Oh yes, the pretty little Yarrow was getting rather drunk rather quickly. And now she was ordering another neon drink. The night was moving faster than Peaches could have hoped for, and she hoped it would be a wild ride.
Thank the suits for close hotel rooms.
"And she's never really met a Yarrow or rather a proper Yarrow such as yourself. I'm sure she'll love you, though, you seem to be her type." The feline smirk grew wider when the bright blue drink arrived at the table. She lifted up her own neon pink drink in toast. "To neon colored drinks and new business deals!"
And Peaches then took a small sip of her drink. She visibly winced at the sudden rush of strong and powerful liquor. Even with the sweet taste of the rest of the drink, it was still something she wasn't used to.

"Xiven. Mmm, such a lovely name. Don't believe I've heard it before. Sounds like such a strong name. Xiven." She let the name roll off her tongue. It was sharp, but it had a hint of softness to it. She wondered if the name matched it's owner. Well, now she would soon find out.
After clinking her drink to Peaches' toast, Cal took a sip of her Blue Lightning, and immediately felt the effects of the strong alcohol. It was as if actual lightning was shooting through her body. It wasn't a painful experience, but rather one that left her feeling energized and alive. It sure had been a long time since she'd had a drink like this. She had to stop herself from downing the entire thing. The feeling felt good, but she knew that wouldn't last long if she got drunk too quickly.
After taking another small sip, Cal thought of another question to ask Peaches. "When did you intend to leave the Gardens and head back to the palace? *hic* Oh my goodness! Excuse me. Anyway, I just wanted to know so I could inform people that I would be out of town for awhile." She didn't want anyone to wonder where she had gone, especially since she didn't know when she'd be back from her little escapade.

"I was always fond of the surname, so I decided it would make a rather pretty first name. Certainly gave her the head start in life. Better than giving her a name like mine. I couldn't imagine a Queen named Cream could you?" she snorted at the very thought.
Peaches couldn't help but giggle at Cal's hiccup. It was a terribly cute sound for the canine to make, and it made the situation all the more fun. She could feel the alcohol rushing to her head, which gave her a light headed airy feeling.
Focus. Focus. Don't let the alcohol ruin this moment. Still in the middle of a business deal after all.
"Two days, but I can wait a bit longer if that's too short notice for you." She grinned and took another long swig of her drink. Oh alcohol. The rest of the night was going to be a blur wasn't it?

As Peaches talked a bit more about Xiven, Cal took a few more sips of her Blue Lightning. She could definitely feel the alcohol rushing to her head now. "Whoo! I don't believe I've ever had this much liquor before. I don't know if I can finish this drink or not..." Cal thought to herself as she eyeballed the glass in her paw. Then she realized that Peaches had answered her question, and that maybe she should stop babbling on and on to herself.
"Two days will be fine! That's plenty of time to pack up and leave notice for *hic* everyone. Whoops, excuse me again! I think this drink is finally taking its toll on me. Maaaybe I should stop drinkingoooooooh, are those lights moving? They keep getting brighter and dimmer, and oh! oh! maybe they're fairies! Little purple and green and *hic* blue and red and yellow fairies! Look, Peaches, look! Aren't they so..."
And after her moment of alcohol induced ADD, Cal plopped her head firmly on the table and passed out, nearly spilling the rest of her drink all over the floor.
